You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 in PHSE. As a Teacher you will work in our alternative education provision in Kings Lynn. You will be working with a maximum of 8 students per class on a 1:4 ratio supported by a teaching assistant in every lesson enabling you to form closer and more positive relationships through marking assessment and feedback. Many of these students work at a lower level due to the missed education that they have had. You will be teaching students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties in small groups. The work is intensive requiring flexibility sensitivity patience and resilience. An ability to work with and engage all students with creativity and passion towards the subject is essential
You will be part of a small but effective team where communication and professionalism is paramount. The work whilst challenging is extremely rewarding. Primarily you will be required to teach produce schemes of work and lesson plans. Building rapport with students/families/carers is key to this role and you will need to liaise with a variety of agencies to problemsolve student issues and barriers to learning.

Salary: 35000 FTE depending on experience.
Hours per week: 30 hours per week (4days Monday Thursday)
