Are you a skilled manager with experience in the home care sector
Join our team as a Hub Manager overseeing the daytoday operations of our Southwark Shared Service Hub. This role supports multiple branches ensuring a seamless intake of new referrals and maintaining compliance across our services including Domiciliary Care Reablement and SemiIndependent Living. Youll be the driving force behind our commitment to excellent service collaborating with Local Authorities CCGs and Commissioners to deliver responsive highquality care. Lead our Field Care Supervisors and Intake Coordinators to onboard new clients efficiently supporting compliance and growth every step of the way!
Qualifications :
You will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a management role within the Health and Social Care industry ideally with a background in Domiciliary Care.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management with the ability to lead motivate and drive a team towards business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving Mindset: A solutionfocused approach to overcoming challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with bespoke systems.
- Negotiation and Influencing: Confident negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with various partners.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with Local Authorities and Commissioners.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
