Ensure and increase customer satisfaction levels as the first level of contact.
Support associates who do not have system access managing their requests related to HR administration topics while respecting service level agreements statutory laws and operational policy.
Support the front office managing associates requests via email or telephone.
Forward complex questions to the HR Service team responsible for the topic.
Record required information on the Shared Service Framework and process system entries in SAPHR on time.
Handle and sort official documents from employees (e.g. printing and sending documents/certificates collecting hard copies getting signatures sorting and ordering documents scanning posting archiving documents physically).
Qualifications :
Ongoing higher studies on a fulltime basis
Communication level English language skills
Experience in HR is an advantage
MS Office user level knowledge
Conscientiousness and precise personality
Work at least 4 days a week for at least 6 months
