Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage the SKYRISE tool a sophisticated dashboard that integrates analyses from diverse sources including the HR Suite to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization stakeholder management and technical problemsolving.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize and enhance the SKYRISE dashboard to compile and interpret data from multiple sources.
- PowerBI Expertise: Develop maintain and optimize reports and dashboards using PowerBI to support decisionmaking processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with a development team based in Ghana and various internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Communication: Translate technical findings into clear actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
- SelfDriven Projects: Take ownership of data initiatives ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 35 years of professional experience in data science business intelligence or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerBI is essential.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.
- Prior exposure to HR data or systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive selfmotivated and quicklearning attitude.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
