Job Description
VMJP internal digitalization is key to improve efficiency and speed to ensure our continued success. You are one of the core members of VMs digitalization efforts.Before applying IT & Digital measures Analyzing current issues in the work process and define route cause is crucial for successful Digitalization activity. You will initiate the problem solving with the process visualization and after that IT solution members consider effective IT measures for route cause process.
Task
Hold hearing meeting with stakeholder department/teams expert (client)
Write down relevant work process together with the client
Propose ideal ( Efficient and suitable work package deloy for each person in the process ) work process
At the same time consider IT applicable process together with IT expert & developers
Whole work are proceeded with project manager of BDOJP

- Basic understanding for problem solving frameworks. ( fishborn swimlane etc.)
- Bonus: You know how to proceed
- Problem solving in work process & IT
- Generic business skill over departments
- Attitude to consider department issue as your own issue.
- Can communicate well in a team
- Good at contacting other people in the organization
- English TOEIC 700
- NativeN1 Japanese communication skill mandatory for client department/team consultation
