Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re seeking someone who enjoys a quiet casual work environment to join our team. This remote opportunity allows you to work from home or any location with internet access. With our resources and guidance you can transform your passion for travel into a thriving business and determine your own income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Handle reservations inquiries bookings and confirmations with a focus on excellent service
- Communication: Interact with clients via phone email and in person to address inquiries and changes
- Transaction Management: Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly professional demeanor.
- High attentional to detail
- Strong attention to detail and a can do attitude
- Self motiviated with a strong work ethic
- Passionate to helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
- Must be 18 years or older.
