Project Oversight : Lead and manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling quality control safety and budget adherence
Site Administration : Oversee administrative functions and ensure efficient site organization and resource allocation
Team Leadership : Organize and provide leadership for local engineering staff fostering a productive and collaborative environment
Client and Subcontractor Liaison : Act as the main point of contact with clients and subcontractors facilitating communication and coordination to maintain project momentum
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve projectrelated issues ensuring minimal disruptions and aligning with project goals
Progress Reporting : Regularly report on project status progress and unresolved issues to upper management maintaining clear and transparent communication channels.
Requirements
Educational Background : Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
Extensive Project Experience : At least 15 years in site management with a strong background in railway infrastructure projects including experience with E&M systems (signaling electrical MEP civil works and architecture)
Site Management Expertise : Thorough understanding of construction site management including contractor oversight and schedule planning
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and reporting abilities; fluency in English is preferred
Leadership Ability : Strong organizational skills with proven ability to lead and motivate local teams to meet project requirements
Subcontractor Coordination : Skilled in managing subcontractors to ensure adherence to project standards and timelines
