Job Description
- Develop and implement detailed project plans for the manufacturing of transformers, busways, and motion systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with production, and supply chain teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- yze production requirements and optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including metrics, milestones, and risk essments.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review project updates, resolve issues, and facilitate communication among team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
