Review the Tender Doents completely.

Prepare the Clarifications request.

Review completely report about the project and identify the functions required for site survey.

Attend site visit and pre bid meeting.

Review the request for quotation (RFQ) and follow up with the suppliers all requirements.

Review break down for materials as client requirements.
.
Prepare the suppliers evaluation.
.
Check and Review Technical offer and prepare comment if exist.
.
Review the doentations of technical proposal as client requirements.
.
Review the closing of project after tender opening.
.
Reports on Monthly Basis on the progress of his Main Activities.
