You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Junior Account Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales of NIQs data products and services ensuring that offers align with both client needs and our established rate cards. You will manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities creating customized data purchase offers that meet clients requirements while adhering to pricing guidelines. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections of account receivables and managing contract negotiations in collaboration with legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their data needs and create offers based on our rate cards that align with client budgets and objectives.
Offer Creation & Negotiation: Develop data licensing offers tailored to client specifications ensuring that proposed solutions comply with our pricing structures and guidelines.
Account Receivables Collection: Oversee the collection of outstanding payments from clients ensuring timely resolution of any billing issues and maintaining accurate records of account status.
Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with clients working closely with legal advisors to ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving data requirements and respond with appropriate offers and solutions.
Pipeline Development: Generate leads follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction with data offerings and renewing or upselling additional products as needed.
Reporting & Documentation: Accurately track sales activities client interactions and offers within CRM systems providing regular updates on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales preferably in data licensing market intelligence or a related field.
Strong understanding of data products and services including licensing agreements and pricing models.
Understanding of the FMCG market and industry trends.
Experience with account receivables management and the ability to ensure timely payment collections.
Solid knowledge of contract negotiations with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor offers to client needs within defined pricing structures.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
Previous related working field (preferred).
