We are seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Leadto join and growour recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles including technical marketing and nontechnical positions with experience in hunting toptier specialists. Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable. Job Description

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processprimarily for NonTech & Marketing positions across the EU ZoneCentral Asia.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Provide insights on market trends salary benchmarking and talent availability.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring teams in a professional manner.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of recruitment experience including a proven track record of successful placements in the iGaming industry and extensive experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment strategies measure performance metrics and optimize processes.
  • Exceptional leadership problemsolving and stakeholder management skills.
