Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices accurately including verification of vendor details purchase orders and billing amounts.

Address and resolve any discrepancies in invoices with vendors or internal departments.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
Generate reports on stock levels sales trends and invoice status for management.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work with suppliers logistics teams and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.
