ROLE: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Inventory Executive to manage and optimize our inventory for beauty products. The ideal candidate will ensure stock accuracy oversee warehouse operations coordinate with suppliers and maintain an efficient supply chain to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels for all beauty products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor slowmoving and nearexpiry products and suggest action plans.
- Ensure FIFO (FirstIn FirstOut) and FEFO (FirstExpiry FirstOut) principles are followed.
Order & Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.
- Process and track purchase orders receipts and returns.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Oversee inventory transfers between warehouses retail stores and online fulfillment centers.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain inventory records in ERP systems or Excel.
- Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Coordinate with sales marketing and operations teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines for beauty product storage.
- Support in optimizing inventory holding costs and minimizing wastage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in inventory management preferably in the beauty cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP Zoho Tally or similar ERP).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
