Job Description
Position: Inventory Executive
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Salary:per month
Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
Experience Level: Freshers preferred especially Engineering students
About the Role:
We are looking for a detailoriented Inventory Executive to manage and oversee inventory levels track stock movement and coordinate with various teams to maintain efficient inventory control. This role requires excellent organizational skills and basic knowledge of inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
Maintain accurate records of stock movement including receiving storing and dispatching
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system records
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for restocking and order management
Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures
Key Skills:
Basic understanding of inventory management processes
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
