Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing customizing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a focus on technical architecture configuration and development. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including core HR Payroll Talent Management Learning and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and other Oracle applications (e.g. Oracle Payroll Talent Management Benefits Learning).
- Customization and Configuration: Implement and configure Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Customize reports interfaces and data migrations.
- Integration Development: Design develop and implement integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems using technologies like SOAP REST HDL and BIP (BI Publisher).
- Data Migration: Develop and manage data migration strategies and tools for the successful transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide postimplementation support troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM technical functionalities.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents code review documentation and deployment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants project managers and client teams to understand business processes and deliver highquality solutions.
- Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in Oracle HCM upgrades and apply patches as needed. Monitor the system for performance and stability.
- Testing and Validation: Support and execute unit testing system testing and integration testing to ensure all components are working as intended.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years of handson experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) with a focus on technical development and support.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Modules: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Core HR Payroll Benefits Recruiting Talent Management Learning and Absence Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL BI Publisher (BIP) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Data Loader (HDL) Fast Formulas and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Data Migration & Integration: Experience with data migration tools and integration with thirdparty systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues related to Oracle HCM applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Certifications (optional): Oracle HCM Cloud certification or Oracle EBusiness Suite certification is a plus.
