Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available
tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decisionmakers qualify leads
and schedule demos
3. Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos address client needs and
position Innergy as a key solution for workplace wellness.
4. Deal Closure: Manage negotiations finalize contracts and consistently achieve
sales targets.
5. Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status
and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 3 5 yearss of relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS or mobile apps preferably in the wellness or HR technology space.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Experience selling similar solutions into the North American market.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Willingness to work North American business hours.
