Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled and detailoriented RV Technician to join their growing team. This role requires advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) systems including generators coach body repairs and interior systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving mechanical plumbing HVAC and electrical challenges and has a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities Perform and document complete diagnostic tests repairs and replacement services for customers. Conduct maintenance and repairs on electrical plumbing carpentry and appliance systems. Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements to ensure accurate documentation. Maintain clear communication with supervisors to keep them informed of work progress. Deliver highquality repairs that meet or exceed established standards with all work inspected by supervisors. Ensure a clean organized and safe work environment for customers and team members.
Qualifications Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC Electrical Plumbing Maintenance etc.) is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered. Minimum of one year of experience as an RV service technician is preferred. RVIA certification is helpful but not mandatory. Must have a valid driver s license. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing stooping crawling and bending. Potential exposure to environmental conditions such as heat cold humidity noise dust and wetness. Must furnish personal hand/shop tools for the role. Experience or skills in any of the following areas are a plus: plumbing carpentry HVAC electrical mechanical or RV service.
Key Skills and Attributes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality repairs. Selfmotivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow. Familiarity with safety standards and practices especially when working with heights electrical systems and welding equipment.
Work Environment Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment. Environmental conditions include heat cold humidity noise dust and wetness.
