Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will assist in implementing Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics.
This is a 3 month remote contract.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in pharmacy systems with certifications and some experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This position requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.
- Assist in the successful execution of golive events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.
- Help ensure the integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Willow Inpatient and Inventoryrelated issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Willow Inpatient Certification.
- Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification.
- Experience contributing to successful golive events for Willow Inpatient Inventory.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.
- Familiarity with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.
- Understanding of Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration.
- Background in medication procurement.
