DS Technologies Inc is looking for Infrastructure Engineer role for one of our premier clients.
Job Title: Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Onsite once a week for 3 months then quarterly meetings (CareFirst BCBS FEPOC)

This is a 6month contract with the potential for extension. The role involves working on critical health checks troubleshooting server operations and collaborating with teams to maintain and enhance complex software systems. The candidate must have experience with IBM products AWS and server operations. Strong communication skills and technical expertise are essential.
Position:Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:- Perform technical design coding testing and debugging of software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer and internal discussions on existing software systems.
- Analyze interface design documentation and develop highquality scalable systems for thousands of users.
- Conduct software analysis including requirements gathering use case development and automated testing.
- Develop software solutions for enterprise environments and ensure high availability and performance.
- Support critical trouble calls and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver reliable software.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Mentor junior software engineers and participate in product architecture discussions.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Experience: 5 years in software development software architecture/design and system integration.
- Technical Skills:
- IBM product knowledge and vendor collaboration.
- AWS cloud technologies.
- Programming languages (e.g. JavaScript C Python).
- Database technologies (SQL Oracle MongoDB PostgreSQL).
- CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- TestDriven Development (TDD) and BehaviorDriven Development (BDD).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and mentoring junior engineers.
- The candidate will work directly with teams on health checks guiding processes for hundreds of users.
- Strong emphasis on troubleshooting and technical problemsolving skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to manage technical requirements effectively and deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong track record of integrating systems and mentoring junior engineers.
- Ready to adapt to emerging technologies and streamline existing processes.
