Job Description
Title : Project ManagerExpert
Location : Albany NY
Duration : 30 months
Client : NYS ITS
Requirements :
- 84 months of experience in project status reporting to all levels of stakeholders executives management and project resource teams.
- 60 months experience managing projects in a state or federal government environment related to criminal justice processing and improvements in criminal history record information systems including but not limited to public safety agencies the court system and federal law enforcement agencies.
- 84 months of experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard Project Management Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologiesincluding: iterative project planning risk mitigation strategies and use of Waterfall and Agile methods.
- 84 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning design development and guiding of project teams developing in IBM WebSphere Portal utilizing JDK 1.5 or above.
- 84 months experience implementing deployment strategies spanning multiple entities including risk mitigation strategies associated with ensuring implementation success dissecting deployments into manageable risk averse phases and involving both Agency and Vendor teams across highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture.
