You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Background in manufacturing engineering process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role involves providing engineering support for Product lines driving process improvements and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support for product lines including troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
Lead and participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct process qualifications on manufacturing machines and prepare validation protocols.
Perform engineering studies using statistical analysis tools and root cause analysis methodologies.
Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on new product introductions engineering change orders and process optimization projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis DMAIC 5S SPC Process Capabilities Takt rate OEE and Kaizen events.
Proficiency in documenting and writing SOPs Work Instructions and training materials.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to conduct statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in using software tools such as SolidWorks MS Project Minitab AutoCAD Smartsheet Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
Experience in conducting time studies and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
Full Time
