Job Description
We are happy to announce a fulltime Quality Assurance Manager position in Clearwater FL! In this role oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff developing implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops implements and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality function and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team product development team and other appropriate staff.
- Manages and provides leadership guidance to QA team.
- Coordinates and participates in product testing processes.
- Identifies and analyzes issues bugs defects and other problems particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Review client customer and user feedback to address concerns or promote best practices within the group.
- Maintains compliance with federal state local and organizational laws regulations guidelines and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Keys to success in this position include advanced knowledge of quality assurance testing methodologies and of software testing tools for automation as well as performance testing.
- Experience managing data for use in testing via SQL or other database tools a plus.
- A bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a field related to the products being developed is needed.
- A minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience.
