Job Description
Job Title: IT Product Manager (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend lifecycle of IT product development from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering marketing sales and customer support) to define product vision strategy and roadmap.
- Gather prioritize and define product requirements based on customer needs market trends and business goals.
- Manage the product backlog and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Oversee product testing gather feedback and iterate to improve product offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product goals with overall company objectives.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally ensuring clear communication of product vision and value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Product Manager Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha! Trello).
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and datadriven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on business metrics.
- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in managing IT products in the specific industry e.g. cloud enterprise software cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and customer experience optimization.
- Understanding of data analytics KPIs and product metrics.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
