Job Description
Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
Provide solutions to work related problems.
Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe is required.
Advanced proficiency in IBM Db2 is recommended.
Need proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL) Customer Information Control System (CICS) emulators Virtual Storage Access Method (VSAM) and SQL Databases.
Develop and implement efficient code solutions using Cobol Mainframe.
Collaborate with team members to optimize application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM Db2 integration.
Enhance existing applications by effectively using Job Control Language (JCL).
Contribute to the improvement of database management through SQL Databases.
Primary skills include COBOL DB2 JCL CICS VSAM IBM Tools and strong knowledge in SQL.
