Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements and goals.
Design and develop custom WordPress themes templates and plugins ensuring highquality and scalable code.
Customize and modify existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
Integrate thirdparty APIs services and plugins into WordPress websites as required.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members when needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and web technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress development.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers content creators and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in WordPress development including PHP HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Extensive experience with WordPress CMS kajabi learnworld themes plugins and custom post types.
Indepth knowledge of WordPress APIs and the ability to create custom plugins or extensions.
Experience with MySQL or other databases used in WordPress.
Proficiency in debugging and optimizing WordPress websites for performance and security.
Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them in WordPress projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
