Senior RPA Developer Job Profile
Job Title: RPA Developer
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM RPA. The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM RPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA.
- Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization’s automation capabilities.
- Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems IBM Datacap APIs and webbased applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions including process design documents solution design documents and involve in test plans.
- Mentor and guide the internal RPA team monitor their performance and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status addressing concerns/ escalation and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
- Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in IBM RPA development.
- Experience with process analysis design and implementation.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python .NET or Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
