Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hr./week
Shift: Night 7p7a EOW
Requirement
- Active RN License
- ACLS BLS PALSTNCC
- Covid card
- 2 supervisor references
Job Description:
- Candidate needs at least 3 years of experience RN Administrative Manager
- Department: House Supervisor
- Required Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS TNCC
- Preferred Certifications: NRP
- No Clinical Involvement
- Previous Travel experience required : Yes
- Experience or Must have skills: Minimum of 3 years house supervisor or manager experience travel experience required Prefer strong ED/Trauma background but will consider MS/ICU experience
- Will they be responsible for arranging transfers: Yes
- Will they be required to mix medications: Yes
- Bed Management system: Non
- Do they manage bedding and staffing: Yes but small scale
- EMR: Meditech
- Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse will they fill in as charge nurse: We have one Supervisor position in the hospital some of the duties include charge nurse duties
- Are the Charge Nurses required to take patient assignments: NA
- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist and 2 ED providers
- Shift Details: 12 shift
- Do you allow selfscheduling: yes to an extent With a small department shifts can be requested but we must meet the staffing needs of the department and may occasionally need to move a shift.
- Do you allow selfscheduling Block scheduling: Yes
- Weekend Requirements: EOW
Pay Details
Weekly Gross Range (Traveler): $2200 p/w on W2
