Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of workers involved in the finishing of cast iron pipe. This role requires strong leadership problemsolving skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to)
- Monitor and examine materials at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Observe machinery operations interpret specifications and make necessary adjustments to work procedures.
- Suggest improvements to work conditions to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Resolve workrelated issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate time and production records to track performance.
- Ensure production levels meet established targets.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure consistent production.
- Directly supervise a team of 1520 employees providing guidance and support.
- Ensure required training Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Pure Safety and Safety Talks are completed daily weekly and monthly.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Oversee and enforce company policies safety regulations and disciplinary actions for hourly staff as needed.
- Uphold all supervisory responsibilities in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

This position requires a handson leader who can maintain efficiency ensure compliance and foster a safe and productive work environment.
