We are seeking a fulltime RN to join our 15bed Emergency Department providing highquality compassionate care to patients ranging from geriatric to neonatal. Work alongside a collaborative team of dedicated nurses and physicians caring for an average of 65 patients per day and 25000 annually. With a 1:5 nursetopatient ratio youll have the support you need to excel in your role while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities of an Emergency Services RN:
- Provide prompt and effective emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Assess triage and stabilize patients in critical situations
- Collaborate with physicians fellow nurses and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications IV fluids and emergency interventions per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs EKGs and patient responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on discharge care and followup instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care assessments and treatments
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Current Nevada RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 14 days of hire)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (within 30 days of hire)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (within 90 days of hire or transfer)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (within 6 months of hire or transfer)
- Previous critical care/emergency department experience preferred
