Job Description
- The Accounting Manager role is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods policies and principles.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field with at least 5 years of applicable experience managing a finance team required.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting and tax preparation software.
- Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide and receive constructive criticism well.
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations.
- Selfstarter ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines.
- Deep understanding of financial statements including their creation.
- Top notch analytical quantitative and social skills.
- Plan implement and supervise the companys financial strategy.
- Manage the companys financial accounts payrolls budget cash receipts and financial assets.
- Handle the companys transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting.
- Perform the companys financial audits.
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyse financial accounting data.
- Create financial reports based on data analysis.
- Make recommendations to business stakeholders.
