Job Title: Relationship Manager Gold Loan
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Job Description:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our Gold Loan division in Ludhiana. The role involves acquiring new customers managing existing relationships and ensuring smooth loan processing. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets providing excellent customer service and handling loan documentation and gold appraisal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for gold loans and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Process gold loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Meet sales targets and crosssell other financial products.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor loan repayments and minimize risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or relationship management (preferably in financial services or gold loans).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi Punjabi and English.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and gold loan processes.
- Customerfocused targetdriven and detailoriented.
