Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete set of accounting records for the Company and related entities.
- Prepare and generate management reports monthly bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
- Oversee all bookkeeping activities including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and Inventory management.
- Handle GST payroll taxrelated matters government grants and inventory/equipmentrelated financial tasks.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget collaborating with the management team to manage any budget variances.
- Ensure the ontime delivery of all monthly quarterly and annual financial reports as per the management schedule.
- Develop and implement effective internal control systems and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Perform administrative duties related to payroll grants employee leave schedules compliance with MOM regulations and basic HR tasks.
- Provide personal assistant support to the CEO as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field (or equivalent).
- 25 years of relevant work experience with familiarity in IFRS group consolidation and general accounting practices.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Interest in the media industry
- Good problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
