Job Description

Position: HR Operations Specialist (Consultant)

Duration: 12 months
Location: Hyderabad India (Onsite)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

.

Update and maintain HR master trackers and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

.

Provide accurate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.

.

Manage employee documentation including onboarding and exit formalities.

.

Oversee contract invoice processing by verifying attendance records and obtaining necessary approvals.

Recruitment Coordination:

.

Update hiring requirements and coordinate with shortlisted candidates during the offer process.

.

Manage tasks such as document verification BGV obtaining internal approvals offer letter issuance and raising necessary IT requests for new hires.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees including induction sessions and joining formalities.

.

Handle the separation process including clearance formalities conducting exit interviews and analyzing trends to understand reasons for attrition.

HR Records and Data Management:

.

Maintain and update HR records including employee documentation payroll inputs attendance leave records and exit formalities.

.

Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HRIS systems (preferably Keka).

Benefits Administration:

.

Coordinate with insurers to manage employee medical benefits and claims efficiently.

.

Communicate policy updates and assist employees with benefitrelated queries.

Employee Engagement:

.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance team morale.

.

Collect and analyze feedback from new joiners and employees completing their probation period.

Required Skills:

.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

.

Proficiency in using HRIS systems preferably Keka.

.

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel and HR analytics.

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
