Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage the accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including balance sheets profit and loss reports and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. GAAP IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare for annual audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise mentor and train the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and professional development.
- Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met for accounting functions.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of the company s budget financial forecasts and longterm financial planning.

Accounts Reconciliation:
- Manage and oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts ledgers and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial data.

Tax Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes including VAT income tax payroll tax and other statutory payments.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and financial information.

- Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management highlighting trends variances and financial risks.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Master s degree or CPA preferred).

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and managing an accounting team.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
