The HVAC Operative is responsible for the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of central air conditioning plants including water chiller systems AHUs water pumps and cooling tower fans. The role requires ensuring that all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support optimal environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain central airconditioning plants including:
Water chiller systems
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Water pumps
Cooling tower fans
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.
Salary 11k15k
