Tasks
- Operate and control sound and lighting equipment during live events and performances to ensure optimal audiovisual experience.
- Collaborate with event directors and production teams to plan and execute technical aspects of shows including sound checks and lighting design.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sound and lighting systems to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.
- Monitor and adjust sound and lighting levels throughout events to maintain desired ambiance and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sound and lighting technology to continuously improve performance and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sound and lighting operations within the architecture and planning industry.
- Proficient in operating digital and analog soundboards lighting consoles and related equipment.
- Strong understanding of acoustics principles and lighting design with the ability to adapt to various venue specifications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects planners and other team members to ensure seamless integration of sound and lighting elements.
