We are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People Services and Technology team. This is a fulltime officebased position that may be located in Riga or Warsaw. The roles responsibilities are:
- To contribute to all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.
- To support people managers regarding queries on job descriptions job titles and compensation.
- To communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.
- To participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
- To work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have
- 3 years of experience in support of Human Resources processes in international environment.
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking employee benefits management) will be an advantage.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools especially Excel.
- Proven analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or other relevant field
