Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Rental Sales Agent to join our team in Philadelphia United States. As a key member of our rental sales department you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leasing residential and commercial properties to qualified tenants.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential tenants through proactive prospecting and networking
- Conduct property tours and showcase available rental units to interested clients
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare rental agreements in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth tenant moveins and address any concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize rental pricing strategies
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities
- Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual leasing targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire rental process
- Stay uptodate with local real estate market conditions and rental laws
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote available properties and attract potential tenants
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of 35 years in rental property sales or leasing with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM software and property management systems
- Indepth knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market and rental trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field (preferred)
- Active real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Familiarity with local rental laws and regulations
- Experience in property valuation and market analysis
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules
