Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent in Dallas United States! Were seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual to be the face of our company and provide topnotch support to our valued customers. Starting rate $17.00.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone email and inperson
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including days and evenings
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to adhere to company dress code and wear a uniform
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Multilingual skills are a plus

As a mobility service provider our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
