Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS).
- Being ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.
- Ensure service technicians meet quality standards and maintain a high skill level through training and support.
- Manage the RVS install base monitoring performance and reliability.
- Define technical standards while also being handson with repairs and installations.
- Collaborate within a network of technical product experts contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.
- Provide 2nd and 3rdlevel technical support to technicians and customers.
- Participate in projects that enhance the Business Units success.
- Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers embodying our values and commitment to quality.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent education in electromechanics electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Strong mechanical skills for machine installations and good knowledge of electrical systems.
- IT skills setting up network system.
- Experience with computer operating systems IT networks and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Previous field service experience is an advantage.
- Analytical and structured problemsolving abilities.
- Team leading experience is an advantage.
- SEP G1 certification (Polish Electricians Association certification Inspection and Operation up to 1 kV).
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel across Poland.
- Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills (ability to read technical documentation in English).
