Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to design and implement SFE systems and processes ensuring execution excellence and driving business analysis projects. The role involves developing dashboards for field force in Emerging Markets within regulatory frameworks aiming to provide a competitive edge to Dr. Reddys in achieving business goals for Global Generics Emerging Markets.
 

 

Job Title  Data Analyst (Remote)

Job Type  Full Time Contracted

Time Period  Until End of FY25 and Renewal in FY26 based on performance.

Job Function  Pharmaceutical Commercial Excellence & Analytics

Experience  46 Years with at least 12 Years in Pharmaceutical Sales / Marketing Functions in Industry or as Consultant in organizations like ZS IQVIA Axtria Big 4

Qualification : Bachelors in IT / Computer Science / Computer Applications or related fields. Master is non mandatory but a plus.

Job Description 

  • Data Analysis & Insighting : Work on various Sales & Marketing related databases to generate insightful reports Customer Master Market Data Sales Data Sales Force Data. Analyze various data sources and report various performance KPIs related to the business.
  • Digital Tools : Work with various digital tools including CRM Performance Reporting & Management tools like Rover LDM etc.
  • Coding Skills : Ability to work on large complex and distributed data sources across various platforms and tools like Google Cloud AWS Advance Excel etc. Ability to perform Extract Transform & Load (ETL) operations using Google Big Query and SQL. Proficiency in writing queries using coding language like Python R SQL etc. to perform various data related operations.
  • Data Visualization : Ability to use various data analytics & visualization tools like Tableau Power BI Looker Studio to develop various visualization reports.
  • SFE / Sales Operations : Performance various sales operations including but not limited to SFE call adherence customer master data management customer segment analysis  market evolution index coverage reach frequency related KPI analysis.
  • Data Stewardship : Learn & understand various data sources and overtime become data steward to address multiple data analytics related requests from cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge & Understanding of Pharma Industry : Ability to quickly learn pharmaceutical industry specific nuances and understand various process and operating principles specific to commercial organization which includes call planning territory management team structure customer segmentation incentive management etc.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification: A Graduate in quantitative areas (Engineering Mathematics Finance etc.) or Pharmacy; MBA is an advantage

Minimum work experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or related domains with significant handson sales data and analysis expertise; experience in sales

Technical Skills

Understanding of strategic issues and key business elements that drive the Pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Sales Systems and Processes.
Indepth knowledge of Analytics and proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) systems.
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.

Takes initiative and acts ahead of time to address challenges.
Possesses effective networking abilities building and maintaining professional connections.
