Your mission as a DMU pilot :
- Follow the convergence of the interfaces between the designers of the carried parts and carrier parts.
- Your activity have to be synchronised with the PFDI Interfaces Pilot. It concerned only the delegated interfaces.
- You are the first counterpart for the PFDI team on topics related to DMU Completeness and DMU Open Issues.
Your activities as DMU pilot:
- To animate weekly Interface review meeting.
- To verify and track the progress of the interface definition.
- Interface to be defined in discussion between the carried part designer and the carrier part designer.
- Math data definition to be designed by carried part designer and the validation to be in agreement between both designers. DMU Pilot must ensure that the interface will be finalized and validated in time.
The target is to ensure full interface convergence within given timeframe according type and priorization of interface
- The DMU Pilot to lead on DMU Completeness status by regular alignment with DMU Completeness KPI provided by the PFDI architecture team.
- He must initiate and follow up on the correct countermeasures in case of corrections needed by the Project Team.
- He must be in regular contact and first counterpart for PFDI architecture team to solve all issues.
The target is to ensure BOM Completeness Status is on target at all time of the project
- The DMU Pilot also to track and ensure that all DMU Open Issues shared by PFDI architecture team are taken under consideration and solved within agreed timeline.
- To check if Issue was addressed to correct responsible and must inform and follow up with responsible on open issue.
The target is to ensure OK DMU Quality and all DMU Open Issues are solved and closed within agreed timeline
- The DMU Pilot to support the DMU revies lead by PFDI Architecture team for dedicated Milestones. He must support the BCI team to define the mandatory content needed by CAE for the Milestones. He must be in regular contact and first counterpart for PFDI architecture team to solve all issues
The target is to ensure OK DMU Status for Milstone according the needed Content
- The DMU Pilot to ensure correct definition regarding PDD link on PDEF and/or PREA.
- To ensure correct definition according the LA types within the release phases as well as correct consideration of the designer preference definition (Attribute: Concepteur preferred)
The target is to ensure the correct definition of designer preference definition at all time
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Enovia: PLM training with certification provided by the company.
- SAP BI4: Experience in exporting project BOMs and separating the BCI perimeter from others.
- Proficient in Office tools especially Excel (including advanced Excel functions).
- DocInfo: Ability to create and modify files.
- Proficient in French and English.
- Experience with PLM Enovia CATIA V6 SAP BI4 DocInfo and Teamcenter (Viewer Level).
