Job Description

Our Customer is looking for a Senior Project Manager who needs to work in Hybrid in any of these office location Warsaw or d or Gda sk or Gdynia Poland.



  • Lead and execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Define project goals manage scope resources schedule quality and risks.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Empower crossfunctional teams to perform at their best promote collaboration and maintain focus on delivering business value.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the project backlog ensuring welldefined tasks.
  • Identify and create opportunities for continuous improvement resolve impediments manage escalations and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Proactively manage risks dependencies and issues that may impact project delivery scope timelines or quality.
  • Guide and coach team members and stakeholders on project management best practices fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain clear transparent communication with stakeholders keeping them informed of progress and any changes.


  • Master s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management ideally within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in IT project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex and challenging issues.
  • Experience managing and engaging stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation communication and coaching abilities.
  • PMP Agile or SAFe certifications are highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English.
