We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a general understanding of business management practices. This role will involve daily activities training and collaborating with team members.
What youll do:
- Post properties on Facebook marketplace and other groups and sites to attract potential buyers
- Engage with interested clients and collect their contact details
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy ensuring a positive experience for clients and vendors
- Maintain organized files and records ensuring easy access to important information
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support clients and business objectives
Requirements
Who you are:
- Self Starter are looking for a role in an entrepreneurial environment
- 18 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of Google Suites applications (Docs Drive Slides) and Canva is essential
- Ability to learn new technological skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are required for effective collaboration
