As an Accounts Assistant you will play a vital role in managing daytoday accounting tasks maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Zoho Finance with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and receivable ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations including GST and TDS filings.
- Manage and update accounting software including QuickBooks and Zoho Finance.
- Support monthly and annual closing processes.
- Address queries related to financial transactions and account discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
