You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team the Employee Experience Representative creates genuine trusting working relationships with employees. This person will provides quality support to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction expertise and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the employee request/concern quickly interpreting the situation determining the appropriate resolution.
Assisting with and becoming an expert at resolving employee inquiries
Preparing and creating the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data job information reporting line changes compensation changes etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft)
Manage PeopleSoft Data Transactions
Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow our portal for employees
Answer HR policyrelated questions provide guidance to both managers and employees and escalate as appropriate
Educate employees of services available to them and encourage selfservice tools and other systems
Ensure highquality standards for all GWO activities initiatives and tasks within designated areas of responsibility adhering to all servicelevel agreements established by the GWO organization
Identify outdated knowledge articles and/or the need to create new knowledge articles
Create communication tools
Qualifications :
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management & Time and attendance system
Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy independent judgement and discretion
Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration and procedures preferred
Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed and adapt to ongoing changes
Superior written communication skills required
