You will deliver value added service activities designed to maximize return on investment for our existing clients. You will report into the Delivery Manager.
What you will do:
- Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions
- Build relationships with colleagues or external parties
- Support junior team members with complex deliveries
- Contribute to continuous improvement to processes without compromising quality
- Communicate with PM/Client/Experian colleagues to ensure accurate implementation of project work
- Follow Experian internal procedures
- Look for opportunities to improve new processes to benefit the team and implement these opportunities
- Interpret client needs implementing and translating them into application and operational requirements that can be articulated to peers and clients at the appropriate level
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
- Fluent English
- Typically requires 4 years related experience in software delivery
- Experience of software solution design and configuration
- Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL relational databases and associated terminologies
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user
- Experience with data analysis/MI reporting
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
- Working knowledge of XML/JSON
- Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
- Fraud industry knowledge.
