Job description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer in the ECS team reporting to the VP of IT youll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines and Business and UX to deliver new functionalities in the membership experience for our D2C website.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Utilize industryleading web frameworks and technologies in a microfrontend solution
  • Prototype develop test and integrate the best responsive web components
  • You will offer insights and analysis on an existing codebase
  • Peer review code with other engineers to ensure software engineering best practices
  • Integrate with RESTful web services in the AWS cloud from multitiered web applications
  • Improve existing code with engineering best practices
  • Develop reusable patterns to remove barriers
  • Participate in the full SDLC/Agile cycle engagements including meetings iterative development estimations and design sessions

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience with frontend development using JavaScript HTML CSS and responsive design
  • 4 years of experience building responsive singlepage web applications using Angular (2) and TypeScript
  • Experience with unit testing using Jest or similar libraries along with E2E testing
  • Experience building software that accounts for security accessibility and performance
  • Experience working with Cloud/Hybrid Cloud AWS solutions
  • Use of Git SCM command line and tools required
  • You have behaviordriven design experience
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
