You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adult male exoffenders As a Wellbeing Practitioner Prison Lead youll play a vital role in supporting individuals to rehabilitate and reintegrate into society. Working within the Personal Wellbeing service you will focus on four pathways: Family and Significant Others Lifestyle and Associates Emotional Wellbeing and Social Inclusion.
Youll manage a caseload of service users both in the community and custody delivering tailored interventions that promote positive change. This includes helping individuals build coping skills manage emotions develop resilience and foster prosocial behaviors. Additionally youll work collaboratively with key stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure holistic support.

Contract: Permanent
Hours & work pattern: Full time 38 hours per week.
Salary: 26650 per annum.
Location: The Old Music Hall 106108 Cowley Road Oxford OX4 1JE plus frequent travel to surrounding areas in the Thames Valley region.
Screening: Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check HMPPS vetting clearence and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The postholder must have right to work in the UK.
