Ideally we would like you to have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in the service users home. However this is not essential as we provide full training. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
